OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESSES:
For this purpose, we evaluate candidate-job and candidate-organization fit through competency-based interviews and position-specific talent assessments. Successful candidates undergo a two-month orientation and evaluation period. At the end of this period, a structured orientation review meeting is held to assess the employee’s technical knowledge as well as candidate-job, candidate-manager, and candidate-organization alignment.

OUR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROCESSES:
Alongside our routine technical and interpersonal skills development programs, we organize customized individual and team development programs upon employee and/or manager request.
