AXI 7300 X-Ray Inspection Machine
AXI 7300 is a state-of-the-art in-line X-ray inspection system equipped with input and output conveyors. The AXI 7300 has advanced features that significantly increase its capabilities. These features include a state-of-the-art linear motor handling system that enables fast and accurate object movement, a large inspection area and a high resolution FPD. The AXI 7300 model maintains the original offline analysis and inspection mode while connecting to the SMT production line for high-capacity automatic in-line full inspection.
The X-Ray machine is equipped with a fully shielded radiation housing to ensure complete safety. The AXI 7300 model is ideal for precision testing in various industries such as SMT, lithium batteries and precision injection molding. The system offers a range of motion of 650 mm x 550 mm in the X and Y axes and contains a special module, so it can detect bubbles or gaps in the electronic components with BGA, QFN or QFP packaging. It also supports teaching functions for various product audits. There are also optional add-ons that complement the user-friendly software interface, such as barcode automatic recognition and automatic report storage.
