The “SEPARO” slag separator was developed with the aim of recovering the largest amount of alloy from the tin alloys (whether leaded or unleaded) that inevitably arise during the working processes. This alloy is recovered from the alloy that will be sent to the disposal facilities, affecting the purchasing and disposal costs.
It works by taking advantage of the different specific gravities of the materials. When brought to high temperatures, it mechanically separates to obtain a reusable alloy, which has the same properties as the alloy in the solder pot from which it was drawn. SEPARO complies with CE regulations.The equipment does not require the use of chemicals and does not need periodic parts replacement.
