InSight’s intuitive software recognizes cards via the system camera or barcode scanner. It allows you to associate existing recipes with each card’s image or barcode. Once a recipe is assigned, cards are automatically queued and fluxed as programmed, without any operator intervention.
There are 3 different fluxing options: Full Fluxing, Partial Fluxing and Selective Fluxing.
Recognizes different types of cards – There may be many different types of cards to be fluxed. SonofFlux Servo recognizes the product with the camera or barcode system and performs the correct fluxing.
